Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member
of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base
and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on selling our electronic
employment resource service to companies and organizations of all sizes.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients
through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online
platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their
requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to
highlight the benefits and features of our electronic employment resource
service.
Close sales deals by effectively negotiating and
addressing client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales
process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the
assigned territory or industry segment.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market
conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and
threats.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop
effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral.
Provide regular sales reports and updates, documenting activities, progress, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the
software, technology, or HR industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to confidently engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track
record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for
sales and a relentless pursuit of success.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with electronic employment resource services, job boards, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
