Q: Why is there a clause on your paperwork that you cannot hire attorneys or legal professionals?
A: When we filed for our trademark (PEERS, LLC ®), we were challenged by a company based in the UK who does business in the US hiring attorneys and legal professionals. They only asked that we not hire attorneys and legal professionals, which is what we accepted.

Q: Do you have a registered trademark for your business?
A: Yes! We can be found doing a search on the USPTO website. Our Registration Number is 7,526,428.
